Terms and conditions of electronic ticket sales.
The purchase of tickets can be done either by buying directly from the ticket office at the reception of Corfu Aquarium or through the e-ticketing service.
The ticket prices and the opening times of Corfu Aquarium may change according to the season.
The e-tickets that are purchased from Corfu Aquarium’s site are valid for 1 year and in accordance with the following conditions:
The visitors that use the e-ticket service to buy tickets for their visit to Corfu Aquarium will receive an e-mail notification verifying the date of their visit and the names of the ticket holders.
The ticket validation can be done by scanning the QR code straight from the visitor’s phone or tablet or from the printed e-mail with the ticket details, at the Corfu Aquarium ticket office.
Cancellations and refunds

In the case that the visitor cannot use their ticket for the date that it is booked, the ticket can be validated for another day, always within the year of purchase. There are no extra charges for rescheduling the
visit by visiting the aquarium ticket office as long as it is rescheduled within the year of its original purchase. The visit should be rescheduled prior to the booked time slot.
Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets cannot be reissued.
All payments that take place with the use of a card (visa or debit) are processed through Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
